Dr. Tekin lisans derecesini KSÜ Fizik Bölümünde, doktora derecesini ODTÜ Fizik Bölümünde sırasıyla 2002 ve 2010 yıllarında tamamlamıştır. Doktorası sırasında, Kalifornia Üniversitesi Davis Kampüsü Kimya Mühendisliği ve Malzeme Bilimi Bölümünde, bir sene, tez çalışmalarının bir kısmını yürütmek üzere bulunmuştur. 2002-2010 yılları arasında ODTÜ Fizik Bölümünde araştırma görevlisi, 2011-2016 yılları arasında THKÜ Pilotaj Bölümünde yardımcı doçent, 2016-2017 yılları arasında Bilkent Üniversitesi UNAM’da doktora sonrası araştırmacı ve misafir araştırmacı olarak görev yapmıştır. Ekim 2017’de YÖK’ten doçentlik ünvanını almıştır. Ocak 2018’den beri THKÜ öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır.

Prof. Dr. Doğan Çalıkoğlu, after finishing T.E.D. Ankara Collage, proceeded from 
electronics to computer hardware in the METU Electrical Engineering Department and 
completed his Master of Science thesis by appending a connection circuit to the first PDP-8
computer imported to Turkey (1970). While doing his Ph.D. in USA, in the Computer 
Science Department of The University of Iowa, he received a “National Science Foundation” 
support and separately, did a project for the Collage of Medicine. His academic career began 
as an assistant in METU before departing for his Ph.D. study. After returning home (1974), 
he continued in the same place as an assistant professor and later as an associate professor and 
head in the Computer Science main branch. He has been a Professor since 1986 and has been 
employed by the Gazi University for 26 years, by Karabük University for two years and by
THK University for two years. In the meanwhile, he has served as the Head of various 
departments and as a member of various University committees, involving work on 
regulations and developing curriculums. He has supervised a total of sixty-two graduate 
theses in the areas of hardware, software and the theory of computers in addition to 
electronics and electricity. Those theses include the design and implementation of the first 
microcomputer prototype in Turkey and separately, the design and implementation of an 
experimental control card with a microprocessor. The latter was put to mass production by the 
Turkish Atomic Energy Authority.
Prof. Dr. Çalıkoğlu has worked on the automatic assessment of program assignments and the 
development of educational software for teaching hardware design principles, besides logic
for engineers. He has fifty publications including two books and two printed course notes.

Dr. Durdu Hakan Utku, received his BS degree from the Business Administration Department at Turkish Military Academy in 1992 and completed System Engineering program in 1998. He received his MSc in Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University in 2000 and Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering at Gazi University in 2016. He worked as an instructor in industrial engineering at Turkish Military Academy between 2000-2003 and as a project manager between 2006-2014 at the Turkish Land Forces HQ. Since April 2017, Dr. Utku, has been working for Industrial Engineering Department of University of Turkish Aeronautical Association as an Assistant Professor.

Dr. Dursun Balkan received his BSc in Industrial Engineering Department at Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey in 2006. He received his MSc in 2009 and PhD degree in 2016 in Industrial Engineering Department at Gazi University with TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) scholarship. He also received his second degree in Public Administration from Anadolu University at Faculty of Economics in 2015. He started his professional career at the National Productivity Center in 2007 as Productivity Specialist. In 2011, he worked as an Industry and Technology Specialist at the General Directorate for Productivity of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. In 2017, he became an Institution Representative of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology at State Information Coordination Center of Presidency of the Republic of Turkey. He has given various cources, consultancy services and researches in various level at public and private enterprises. Dr. Tuğba Akman Yıldız, 2009 yılında Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (ODTÜ) Matematik Bölümü’nden mezun oldu. 2011 yılında ODTÜ Uygulamalı Matematik Enstitüsü (UME) Bilimsel Hesaplama Tezli Yüksek Lisans programını, 2015 yılında ODTÜ UME Bilimsel Hesaplama Doktora Programında Local Improvements to Reduced-Order Approximations of PDE-Constrained Optimization Problems başlıklı doktora tezini tamamladı. 2009-2015 yılları arasında ODTÜ Matematik Bölümü’nde Araştırma Görevlisi olarak çalıştı. Doktora tezi ile, 2014-2015 Akademik Yılı ODTÜ Parlar Vakfı Yılın Tezi Ödülü’ne layık görüldü. Mayıs 2016-Eylül 2020 tarihleri arasında THKÜ İşletme Fakültesi’nde Dr. Öğr. Üyesi olarak görev yaptı. 10 Eylül 2020’den itibaren THKÜ Mühendislik Fakültesi’nde Doç. Dr. olarak görev yapmaktadır.

Head of the Software Engineering Department, Dr. Lecturer Member Meltem Yıldırım İmamoğlu; He received his undergraduate degree from Hacettepe University Department of Statistics, his master's degree from METU Informatics Institute, Information Systems, and completed Atılım University's Engineering Systems Modeling and Design PhD Program. He has attended various conferences at home and abroad on the subjects of digital transformation in the public sector, IT auditing, cloud computing and business intelligence solutions, his papers have been published and his articles have appeared in international books. He has 15 years of experience in the information and communication technologies sector and served as the technical coordinator of the e-Inspection project implemented in all tax offices across the country. He has been teaching various courses, especially software development processes and computer programming, in the Computer and Software Engineering departments of the Faculty of Engineering for about 10 years. At the same time, since 2016, he has been providing consultancy in many projects in the field of STEM within the Ministry of National Education and organizing trainer trainings.

Dr. Ertan Zencir Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümünden 1995 ve 1997 yıllarında lisans ve yüksek lisans dereceleriyle mezun oldu. Doktora eğitimini Syracuse Üniversitesi (Syracuse, New York, A.B.D.) Elektrik Mühendisliği bölümünde 2003 yılında tamamladı. Doktora tez araştırması öncesinde Amerikan Hava Kuvvetleri Araştırma Laboratuvarları için düşük güç tüketen tek-taşlı mikrodalga geniş-bant entegre yükselteci ve yer altına nüfuz edebilen UHF anten tasarım ve üretimini gerçekleştirdi. Doktora tezi araştırma sürecinde NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratuvarları tarafından desteklenen “NASA Gezegenler Arası Robotik Misyonlar için Düşük Güçlü SOI (Silicon-on-Insulator) CMOS Alıcı-Vericisi” başlıklı projede Mars’a gönderilen robot araçların haberleşme birimlerinin minyatürize edilmesine yönelik entegre haberleşme alıcısı tasarımını uzman araştırmacı olarak gerçekleştirdi. Bu projedeki lider çalışmaları ve teknolojik katkılarından dolayı NASA Onur Grubu Başarı Ödülü’ne layık görüldü (2006). Doktora sonrasında 2004-2005 yılları arasında Wisconsin-Milwaukee Üniversitesi  Elektrik Mühendisliği bölümünde Yrd Doç olarak RF/Analog entegre devre tasarımı konusunda araştırma ve öğretim yaptı. Endüstriyel deneyimini ilk olarak 2005-2006 arası kıdemli tasarımcı olarak çalıştığı Nokia Cep Telefonları Radio Frekans Entegre Devre tasarım grubunda -CDMA haberleşme standardı için CMOS/BiCMOS RF alıcı-verici tasarımı üzerine- edindi. 2006 yılından 2011 yılına kadar Broadcom Corp.’da kıdemli bilim adamı olarak çalıştı. RF geniş-bant grubundaki görev aldığı entegre devre ArGe projeleri arasında endüstrinin ilk çoklu-giriş çoklu-çıkış düşük gürültülü 0.18-µm BiCMOS uydu alıcısı yükselteci ve ilk 65-nm DOCSIS 3.0 entegre alıcısı da yer almaktadır. Endüstrinin ilk 40nm CMOS entegre doğrudan örnekleyen (Analog-Dijital çevirici tabanlı) tam-bant indirmeli anahtarlama modülü çipinin (Broadcom BCM4550 kodlu ürünü)sistem tasarım liderliğini yaptı.  2011-2012 arasında Tübitak Uzay Teknolojileri Araştırma Enstitüsü’nde danışman olarak çalıştı. Analog ve RF entegre devre tasarımı alanında yayınlanan SCI makaleleri, SCI/IEEE konferans bildirileri ve bir A.B.D. patenti vardır. Eylül 2012’den itibaren Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümünde Doktor Öğretim Üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır.

Dr. Kasımoğlu received his graduate degree in system engineering at Turkish Military Academy in 1997. He got his M.S. degree with a scholarship in Operations Research at Naval Post Graduate School/California/USA in 2002. In 2015, he received his PhD degree in Operations Research from Defense Sciences Institute, Turkish Military Academy, with his thesis supported by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). Involving in various projects and analysis in Turkish Military, Dr. Kasımoğlu took role in NATO Joint Force Command/Italy as manning analyst between 2013 and 2016. Having been in roles as an instructor at Turkish Military Academy, a visiting academic at Cyprus International University and Asst. Prof. at Dogus University, Dr. Kasımoğlu has been working as Asst. Prof. in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association since 2020.

Dr. Hasan Aksoy 1998 yılından itibaren Elektrik ve Elektronik Mühendisliği alanında Lisans derecesine sahiptir. Yüksek lisans ve doktora derecelerini 2003 ve 2007 yıllarında Paul Sabatier Üniversitesi (Toulouse, FRANSA) GEET Doktora Okulundan (Elektrik, Elektronik ve Telekomünikasyon Mühendisliği) Devre tasarımı, Mikro-elektronik ve Mikro-sistemler alanında almıştır. Doktora Tezi çalışmasını LAAS-CNRS’de (Fransa Ulusal Bilimsel Araştırma Merkezi – Sistem Analiz ve Mimarlık Laboratuvarı) gerçekleştirdi.

Hasan Aksoy, 2008 yılından itibaren Yardımcı Doçent olarak farklı üniversitelerde Elektrik ve Elektronik Mühendisliği ile Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Bölümünde çalıştı. Nisan 2014’ten itibaren Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi’nde Doktor Öğretim Üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır.

Dr. Shadi Alshehabi Halep Üniversitesi Uygulamalı Bilimler Fakültesi Matematik/Bilgisayar Bilimleri Bölümünden 1997 yılında mezun oldu. Yüksek lisans ve doktora derecelerini bilgisayar bilimleri alanında  Henry Poincaré Üniversitesi’nden sırası ile 2002 ve 2006 yıllarında aldı. 2006 ve 2013 yılları arasında Halep Üniversitesi ve Al-Mamoun Özel Ünversitesinde 7 yıl boyunca Yardımcı doçentlik görevini yaptı. Çalıştığı süre boyunca bilgisayar mühendisliği, sistem mühendisliği, uygulamalı matematik ve istatistik gibi birçok akademik alanda faaliyetler göstermiştir.

Dr. Abdellatif BABA. 2003 yılında Paul SABATIER Üniversitesi (Toulouse III), Analiz ve Sistem Mimarisi Laboratuvarı’nda (LAAS-CNRS) Otomatik Sistemler dalında yüksek lisansını (M. Sc.), 2007 yılında yine aynı üniversitede Robotik ve Yapay Zeka bölümünde doktorasını tamamladı. Sonraki beş yıl içinde çeşitli devlet ve özel üniversitelerde yardımcı doçent olarak çalıştı. Ekim (2013) ‘den beri akademik hayatına Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi’nde devam etmektedir.

Dr. Ahmet AKTAŞ graduated from Gazi University Industrial Engineering Department in 2011. He also got his Master's and PhD degrees in 2014 and 2021 at Gazi University Institute of Science and Technology Department of Industrial Engineering, respectively. He was a visiting researcher at Coimbra University in Portugal during a period of his doctoral education. His research mainly focuses on the solution of decision problems faced in production, supply and service systems by using mathematical modeling, multi-objective optimization and multi-criteria decision making approaches. He has several published national and international articles, conference proceedings and book chapters.

Dr. Başak Gever graduated from Karadeniz Technical University with honors degree in Statistics and Computer Science in 2008. During her undergraduate studies, she took courses from the Department of Informatics at Eszterhazy Karoly University (Hungary) as an Erasmus scholar. Afterwards, she completed MSc and PhD programs in the Department of Industrial Engineering at TOBB University of Economics and Technology with full scholarship, respectively in 2011 and 2017. During her PhD, she studied at the University of Edinburgh in the School of Mathematics as a visiting researcher. After working at Defence Technologies Engineering Inc. as an Expert of Artificial Intelligence Engineer, she started to work as an Assist. Our faculty member Dr. Esra Karaoğlu graduated from Ankara University, Department of Mathematics in 2009 and Anadolu University, Department of Economics in 2013. Following his undergraduate education, he received his master's degree in 2009 and his doctorate degree in 2016 from TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ) Department of Mathematics. His doctoral thesis is on dynamical systems and bifurcation theory, an important sub-branch of control theory. During his postgraduate education, he worked as an assistant in different courses at TOBB ETÜ. Between 2014 and 2015, she received a scholarship from TÜBİTAK and worked as a visiting researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for one year. He has been working as a doctoral faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Turkish Aeronautical Association University since September 2017. Also Dr. Esra Karaoğlu completed her master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Ankara University in 2024. The subject of the master's thesis is on the classification of tumor stages in brain MRI images with the help of convolutional neural networks. His current research areas are artificial intelligence, machine learning techniques, image processing, dynamic systems and mathematical modeling.

Dr. Olpak lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora derecelerini sırasıyla 2008, 2010 ve 2016 yıllarında Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Fizik Bölümü’nden almıştır. Yüksek lisans tez çalışmasını Prof. Dr. Bayram Tekin’in danışmanlığında geometrik kısıt uygulanan sistemlerin kuantizasyonu üzerine yapmıştır. Doktora tez çalışmasını ise Prof. Dr. Altuğ Özpineci’nin danışmanlığında pozitif pariteli aksiyel-vektör ağır kuarkonyumların skaler ve vektör mezonlara çiftlenimlerinin KRD toplam kuralları çerçevesinde incelenmesi üzerine yapmıştır. Yüksek enerji fiziği kuram ve fenomenolojisi üzerine çalışmalarına devam etmektedir.

Dr. Özgür Kelekçi 2002 yılında  İTÜ Elektronik ve Haberleşme Mühendisliği bölümünden lisans, 2005 yılında Gebze Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü’nden Elektronik Mühendisliği yüksek lisans, 2011 yılında ise Gazi Üniversitesi Fizik Bölümünden doktora derecesini aldı. Doktora  sırasında  çeşitli TÜBİTAK projeleri kapsamında Bilkent Üniversitesi Nanoteknoloji Araştırma Merkezi’nde tam zamanlı araştırmacı olarak çalıştı. Doktora sonrasında grafen malzemesinin fiziksel özellikleri üzerinde araştırmalar yapmak üzere Güney Kore  Devleti’nin sağladığı bursla Sejong Üniversitesi’nde  doktora sonrası araştırmacı olarak çalıştı. Siirt Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümünde Yrd. Doç. olarak görev yaptı. ODTÜ Fizik bölümü  matematiksel fizik anabilim dalında ve İTÜ Matematik bölümünde doktora sonrası araştırmacı olarak araştırmalarına devam etti. Farklı bilim alanlarında yayınlanmış  14 adet SCI makalesi , ulusal ve uluslararası konferanslarda birçok sözlü sunumları bulunmaktadır. Yakın zamanlı araştırmaları süpersimetrik kütleçekim kuramlarındaki dualiteler ve geometrik yapılar üzerinde devam etmektedir.

Dr. Selami BAYEĞ was graduated from Abant İzzet Baysal University with high honour degree in Mathematics in 2008.  

In 2009, he was received an acceptance from the EURHEO (European Masters of Engineering Rheology) integrated master program by being qualified to receive the Erasmus Mundus scholarship. After successfully completing the compulsory field courses in the Department of Material Science at Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) in 2009, in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering at University of Minho (Portugal) in 2010 and in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) in 2011, he received his master's degrees from each of the departments.

In 2012, he was accepted to the doctorate program in the Department of Mathematics at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. He received his doctorate in Applied Mathematics in 2018. From 2013 to 2018, he was assigned for recitations of different courses in the Department of Mathematics at TOBB University of Economics and Technology.

From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. Since 2020, he has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the Turkish Aeronautical University.

Dr. Zeynel Deprem was graduated from Electrical and Electronics Department of Gazi University in 1989. He started working in Turk Telekom R&D department in 1990 where he worked on various HW&SW projects. He worked on HW&SW implementation of a synchronous multiplexer and a Time Division Multiplexer for Turk Telekom data network. Also, he worked on establishment of Turk Telekom Fiber Optic Laboratory. He took MSc degree on bit synchronization in Communication area from Electrical and Electronics Department of the Midle East Technical University in 1993. Between 2000-2003 he was one of the key technical teem member for establishment of Turk Telekom mobile operator  AyCell(AVEA). He worked for projects related to installation and provisioning of billing, SMS, MMS, WAP subsystems. During 2004 he worked as the key technical manager for transforming Turk Telekom CATV network to digital. During 2005-2009 he worked in Informatics networks Department of Turk Telekom as a manager for Internet Data Center(IDC). He worked on a Tier-3 class IDC project for Turk Telekom and also worked on projects related to prevention of IP spam and abuse. During this time he took Cisco CCNA certificate. Between 2010-2020 he worked as a manager for carrying out Turk Telekom access network’s investments and resource planning and analysis works.   He worked on planing, monitoring and reporting of the access network investments and the change in physical figures after investment. He also worked on benchmark studies for Turk Telekom activities with international metrics. During this period he took PhD degree form Bilkent University Electrical and Electronics Department on Signal Processing. During his PhD studies he worked on analysis,  representation, extraction of the signals using time-frequency methods. He worked on high resolution Time-frequency representations using sparsity and he has several publications in international journals. Currently he is working on obtaining high resolution time-frequency representations using neural networks. He is interested in Signal Processing, Communication and Neural Networks.

Dr. Ziya Karakaya completed his undergraduate education at METU Mathematics, his master's degree at METU-BÖTE, and his doctorate at Atılım University-MODES Department in the main fields of study, Computer Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering. After his undergraduate education, he started working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Mathematics at METU, and at the same time, he worked as a Writing Expert at the TÜBİTAK-Scientific Publications Department and after a while, he worked as a TÜBİTAK-Presidential Advisor. Ziya Karakaya, who also worked as a Part-Time Lecturer at Çankaya University Computer Engineering Department for 2 years, retired after working at Atılım University Computer Engineering Department between 2001-2023 and joined Konya Food and Agriculture University Computer Engineering Department. Ziya Karakaya, who also served as the head of the Software Engineering department of the same university between 14 July 2023 and 1 March 2024, joined the "Turkish Aeronautical Association University - Computer Engineering" department in May 2024.

Ziya Karakaya, who also served as the Director of Atılım University's Information Technology Center between 2004 and 2008, has supervised 14 Master's and 1 PhD theses to date. He has numerous publications on Cloud Computing, Big Data, Internet of Things, Software Engineering and e-Government.

He is the only ambassador in Turkey of the FIWARE Platform, which has become the de-facto standard in Europe in the creation of "Internet of Things (IoT)" and "Smart Systems". Dr. Ziya Karakaya, who has provided consultancy services to many R&D projects, especially "Artificial Intelligence in Health" He contributes to European Union Projects and R&D Center studies on "Intelligence" and "Digital Transformation" as an Academic Advisor.

Matin GHAZIANI, Iran Khajeh Nasir Toosi Üniversitesi Makina Mühendisliği Bölümü’nden 2006 senesinde mezun oldu. 2004-2008 seneleri arasında Pars Robotics Group bünyesinde makina mühendisi olarak çalıştı. Çeşitli RoboCup yarışmalarına katıldı ve RoboCup Kurtarma Robotu Ligi’nde (Robocup Rescue Robot League) birçok ödül kazanandı (Atlanta’daki ROBOCUP 2007, Kurtarma robotu liginde Otonom Teknik Mücadelede Üçüncülük Ödülü, Hannover’de ROBOCUP-Almanya Açık yarışma 2007, Kurtarma robotu liginde İkincilik Ödülü,  Hannover’de ROBOCUP-Almanya Açık yarışma 2007, Kurtarma robotu liginde Sınıfının En İyi Hareketlilik Ödülünü, Tahran’daki NURC 2006 ROBOCUP Kurtarma robotu liginde Birincilik Ödülü). 2013 senesinde Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Makina Mühendisliği Bölümü’nde yüksek lisansını tamamladı. Kendisi şu an Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi Makina Mühendisliği Bölümü’nde doktora öğrencisidir. Aralık  2013’ten beri Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi’nde öğretim görevlisi olarak çalışmaktadır.

2017 senesinden beri birçok ödül ve hibe kazandı. Bu ödüller ve hibeler kendiside kurucular arasında olan Tulpar ArGe takımı ile elde etmiştir. Bu ödüller, Yeni Fikirler Yeni İşler-2017 Elginkan Vakfı Büyük Ödülü, Tech Ankara Proje Pazarı-2017 Ödülü, Roboik-2019 Ödülü, Tübitak-1512 Bireysel Girişimcilik Desteği, Tübitak-1507 Kobi ArGe Desteği ve Kosgeb ArGe ve İnovasyon desteği gibi ulusal başarılar elde etmiştir. Ayrıca, 2018 yılında BM’nin Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri kapsamında Cambridge’de düzenlenen uluslararası ISDB-Transformers-2018 yarışmasında,  projeleri 4300 proje arasında seçilen ve desteklenen başarılı projeler arasında yer almıştır.

An accomplished Control engineering with a master’s degree and a background in Electric and Electronic Engineering and research in unmanned vehicles. Res. Asst. Gürkan Güven GÜNER graduated from Çankaya University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2015 with bachelor's degree. He completed his master's degree in 2019 at Hacettepe University, Department of Industrial Engineering with a thesis entitled “A Multicriteria Preventive Maintenance Approach and Its Application in the After-Sales Service of a Truck and Bus Company”. Mithat Kutay CAN 2018 yılında Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi’nde Makine mühendisliği bölümünü bitirmiştir. Master programını Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi’nde Mühendislik Bilimleri bölümünde devam ettirmektedir. Üniversitemizde çalışmaya başlamadan önce Burkut Teknoloji A.Ş. firmasında makine mühendisi olarak çalışmaktaydı.

Arş. Gör. Sinem SEYREK CERAN, ANKARA Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümünden 2017 yılında lisans derecesiyle mezun olmuştur. Yüksek lisans eğitimine 2017 yılında MERSİN Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı’nda başlayıp, IDAP 2018’de (International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing) “Makale Hakem Atama Problemi için Skor Tabanlı Bir Uzman Sistem” başlıklı bildiri yayını sunmuştur ve bu yayını IEEE’de yayınlanmıştır. 2019 yılında MERSİN Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Pedagojik Formasyon Sertifika Programından mezun olmuştur. 2020 yılında ANKARA Üniversitesi’nde yüksek lisansa başlamıştır ve çalışmaları devam etmektedir.
